Returns policy
How Are Our Products Made?
At Piemontissimo.shop, all products are made to order. When you place an order, it is custom-processed and sent to our printing partner for immediate production and fulfillment. Please carefully review your items before completing your purchase, as we cannot cancel or modify orders once they are placed.
Because our products are custom-made, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, as we do not have facilities to store or resell returned goods.
Received the Wrong or Damaged Item?
If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, we’re here to help! Please email us at support@piemontissimo.shop with:
- Photos of the item showing the issue.
- Your order number.
We’ll resolve the issue by either sending you a replacement or providing a refund.
Returning Products
If you need to return a product, the cost of return shipping will generally be your responsibility unless the product or service is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Returns should be sent as letters or postal packages. To initiate a return, you must either return the product personally or send it to us via mail.
What is your return policy?
Piemontissimo offers a 14-day return period.
If your return meets the conditions of our policy, we will refund the amount you paid for the product or service as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after receiving the returned product or your notice of cancellation. You are responsible for covering the return shipping cost.
In your return request, you must clearly state that you wish to cancel your purchase. The return period begins on the day you receive the product in full or in significant part. For customized or heavily personalized products, the return period starts on the day Piemontissimo informs you that your product is ready.
Exclusions from the return policy:
You do not qualify for a return if:
- The service you purchased has already started with your consent during the return period.
- The nature of the service makes it non-returnable.
- The product’s seal of authentication has been broken or opened.
When returning a product or service:
You must ensure the product or service is in the same condition as when it was delivered.
While you have the right to inspect the product upon delivery, any damage caused during inspection will void your eligibility for a return.
Exchanges for a Different Size or Color
We currently do not offer exchanges for different sizes or colors. To ensure the best fit, please refer to the sizing charts provided on each product page before placing your order.
If you believe your item was mislabeled, please contact us at support@piemontissimo.shop within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number.
- Photos of the mislabeled item.
If the item was indeed mislabeled, we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.
Unclaimed Packages
If a package is not claimed at a service point and is returned to us, you will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
If you suspect your package was lost during transit, please contact us at support@piemontissimo.shop so we can assist in locating it.
