Negroni, one of the most popular cocktails among cocktail connoisseurs, hipsters and anyone who enjoys a great drink. Traditionally made from gin, Campari and vermouth (the latter two ingredients hailing from Piemonte) the Negroni Sbagliato is an accidental twist on the classic negroni cocktail where the gin has been replaced with “bollicine” – sparkling white wine. “Spagliato” is Italian for mistake, and this beloved drink was born from a happy one in the 1970’s Milan.
